How do you deal with the abuse of a VPS hosting?

1. For any behavior that violates Acceptable Use Policy

    From step 1 to step 5, we won't offer any refund. If necessary, we may ignore any step and terminate the related VPS hosting instantly.
  • Step 1: We will suspend the related VPS hosting instantly.
  • Step 2: After 24 hours, we will unsuspend the related VPS hosting.
  • Step 3: If the abuse can't be stopped within 6 hours, we will suspend the related VPS hosting again.
  • Step 4: After 48 hours, we will unsuspend the related VPS hosting.
  • Step 5: If the abuse can't be stopped within 6 hours, we will terminate the related VPS hosting instantly.

2. For any abuse related to CPU usage, disk I/O or bandwidth

    At step 5, we won't offer any refund.
  • Step 1: We will suspend the related VPS hosting instantly.
  • Step 2: After 24 hours, we will unsuspend the related VPS hosting.
  • Step 3: If the abuse can't be stopped within 12 hours, we will suspend the related VPS hosting again.
  • Step 4: After 24 hours, we will unsuspend the related VPS hosting.
  • Step 5: If the abuse can't be stopped within 12 hours, we will terminate the related VPS hosting instantly.
