How do you bill for VPS hosting?

We offer monthly billing cycle, quarterly billing cycle, semi-annual billing cycle and annual billing cycle. Invoices will be generated and sent out 14 days before the due payment date. If payment is not received 3 days after the due payment date, your service will be suspended. If it is not paid 7 days after the due payment date, your service will be canceled and any data on the VPS will be lost. In no event shall East Hsia LLC be responsible for loss of data. You should pay a late fee (15% of a monthly fee) 5 days after the due payment date.
